OFF-SEASON/PRE-SEASON DEVELOPMENT: OCTOBER - MARCH 

Recon is our first semester program that runs over off-season/pre-season of winter sports. The Recon program is designed to establish the participant’s skills, development level and keep to the participant engaged. During Recon the participant will enhance their current skill, gain new skills, reach higher fitness levels and build on agility. Older participants have a strong emphasis on strength & conditioning giving the athlete strong foundation knowing what it really take to achieve their sporting goals. RECON program has been designed to keep the athlete not only active during the off season but performing better than ever before. Watching the athlete (no matter what age) head back to their clubs with new skill, ability, fitness and most of all confidence. An essential part to an athlete’s development is being in a specialist off and pre-season program.

ARMOUR UP

IN SEASON DEVELOPMENT: APRIL - SEPTEMBER

Armour Up is our Second semester program that runs during the season of winter sports.

With Armour Up the athlete is supported through correct strength and conditioning and fitness maintenance but also sport technique – to be game ready every time. This program is designed to further enhance the participant’s skills, development level while not just maintaining but building on Recon Season. Armour Up has a strong emphasis on ‘in game’ conditioning. With a good in season program the athlete will maintain, and increase results over their sport season. This is particularly important for an athlete to be able to withstand the demands of their sport throughout the season, playing at their best at each opportunity, whilst also supporting injury prevention. No matter what age the athlete is (junior, senior) it is important that the athletes get supported through the sports season consistently.
