During ARMOUR UP, we focus on the conditioning component of training, the sessions we specifically designed this program to play a support role while the athlete is a club training.

Designed with the in-season athlete in mind:

- One session per week

- Phase 1: 7 week program

- Starts 9th May

Day: Monday 

Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Our in season is for male and female athletes of any sporting background.

 

Age Groups: Rookies: 11-14 years and Elite: 15-19+ years
