Designed with the in-season athlete in mind:

- One session per week

- Phase 1: 5 week program

Time: 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Start Date:  9th May (8 week program) - Now 5 weeks left


Our in season is for male and female athletes of any sporting background.


Age Groups: Rookies: 11-14 years and Elite: 15-19+ years
