OFF-SEASON/PRE-SEASON DEVELOPMENT: FROM OCTOBER - MARCH ANNUALLY
Recon is our first semester program that runs over off-season/pre-season off winter sports. The Recon program is designed to establish the participant’s skills, development level and keep to the participant engaged. During Recon the participant will enhance their current skill, gain new skills, reach higher fitness levels and build on agility. EAP participants have a strong emphasis on strength & conditioning ensuring the participant will go into the next season with strong foundation knowing what it really take to achieve their sporting goals.
RECON SATURDAY ONLY
Held on local field each Saturday Morning during the RECON season. Members may participate in Recon Saturday alone although this is not advised for EAP age group as it does not include IAA pathway opportunities.
Recon Camp is held annually before the Recon Season begins, running over 3 days & 2 nights. This Camp is aimed at the EAP participants and designed to establish strong foundation for the RECON season while giving our coaches an early indication of where the participant is and develop structures to help participant reach next level. The program also establishes our mentoring platform and team bonding through the activities and games night. Throughout the Recon Camp the coach will select the teams for Bendigo Sevens tournament.

IN SEASON DEVELOPMENT: FROM APRIL - SEPTEMBER
Armour Up is our Second semester program that runs during the season of winter sports. Armour Up program is designed to further enhance the participant’s skills, development level while not just maintaining but building on Recon Season. Armour Up has a strong emphasis on ‘in game’ conditioning lessening chances of injury.
SPD (Sport Development Pro) Camp
SPD Camp is held annually during the School Holidays. This Camp is aimed at the JP and EAP participants and works towards continued development over the break. SPD ‘Athlete Zone’ gives the participant a unique insight into how a professional athlete lives and trains, including meeting current professional athletes.

Participating in both Recon and Armour Up does not insure selection for these opportunities, those participating will be required meet our selection criteria
*Please note that registration fees do not include costs involved in IAA PATHWAYS. We ensure that each opportunity will be at as minimal cost as possible with many having no cost at all.
This Card allows the participant to save throughout the entire year on all purchases including extra programs, 1 on 1 sessions, merchandise and all other products and services available.
TRAINING KIT: IAA TRAINING SHIRT AND SHORTS
IAA uniform is compulsory, this year we have made it easier by including it our pricing.
Participant will receive IAA Training Shirt with their program level and IAA shorts.
