Iron Armour Academy is a non profit that began in 2012, by industry professionals that wanted to fill gap in mental health of young people. Using their professional backgrounds in elite development the concept started with 8 young people training and being mentored in a garage in the western suburbs of Melbourne and has now grown to assisting young people and their families across Australia, New Zealand and the Globe.
