WHAT TO EXPECT YOUR
ARMOUR UP SEASON

ARMOUR UP is designed with the in-season athlete (young person) in mind. The program will assist each athlete to grow while training alongside other talented and committed young athletes in an elite environment. We offer currently offer our Rookies and Elite age groups so the younger ones can focus on their club trainings. 

During April to September we will cover all conditioning needs. During the sessions we look at physical preparation that support the sport, performance gains to increase playing time, minimise injury risk, and spot de-conditioning.  During the program you get unrestricted access to industry proven development program that has seen many athletes achieve representative titles, pathways scholarships and more. Be prepared for the journey of an athlete from the beginning.

Beginning with building essential foundations to support healthy love of activity and sport.

As the athlete progress through the levels/age groups the athlete further gains knowledge to perform better, under pressure and surpass personal limitations.

Season Plan: Pay upfront for the complete season and save! Amount changes based on selections. (Afterpay also available)

Weekly Plan:  Automatic weekly payments to cover your membership.


VIC Season Plan (covers remaining weeks of RECON season)

Purchase our upfront program depending on the program selected. Ask us about our Large family discount.

Development During Covid

We are working hard ensure our programs remain available during any season. RECON is the program that started IAA off almost 10 years ago when we our founders wanted to make a change in the mental health of young people, the impact of the pandemic on people particularly young people has been large and it is more important than ever to engage our youth and provide tools for life success.

We have designed our timetable to be unstoppable by providing multiple locations and continuing our strong foundation with live online sessions. We encourage all interested to REGISTER as face-to-face sessions may be capped but we will do all we can make room for all.
